Shipping Within the European Union
All EU orders are shipped from our EU warehouse.
Shipments to EU member states do not incur additional customs duties upon delivery.
VAT & Taxes (EU Orders)
Prices on the EU store are displayed exclusive of VAT.
VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery country.
The amount shown at checkout is the full amount payable — there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Orders shipped to non-EU countries may be subject to local import taxes, VAT, or customs duties upon arrival.
These charges, if applicable, are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges do not include customs duties or import taxes.
International Orders: Please note we do not collect taxes, duties or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer. Some online stores will include taxes and duties rolled into the purchase price - we do not do that. You are only paying for the price of the product, and you are responsible for any additional import fees, duties and taxes that your country may charge. You will need to pay any fees before delivery. Please refer to your tracking number for instructions on how to make payment

We are unable to refund orders that are denied entry at customs and are not returned to our warehouse.
