Returns & Refund Policy – EU

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Once you notify us, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We do not refund return shipping costs.

30-Day Returns (Extended Policy)

In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer an extended 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Items must remain unopened and in original condition to be eligible.

To start a return, please contact us at service@listentoyourgut.eu. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return)

Please note that banks and card providers may require additional time to process refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled before shipment.

If an order is shipped and then refused at delivery, return shipping costs and any carrier charges will be deducted from the refund.

Important Notes

  1. Refrigerated Products (e.g., Natren Probiotics)
    Due to cold-storage requirements and product safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on items shipped with ice packs unless they are faulty.

  2. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We do not reimburse return shipping fees.

  3. Promotional Offers
    For promotions such as “Buy 3 Get 1 25% Off” or “Buy 7 Get 1 Free” on Absorb Plus, discounted items are refunded first when processing returns.

  4. Wholesale Orders
    If you purchased at wholesale pricing and return part of the order, any items not returned may have the wholesale discount adjusted. The difference may be deducted from your refund.
